Charlie joined the team in 2014 after working in commercial insurance for 10 years prior to that. He wanted to learn everything about the company. He has worked in sales, as well as helping where needed. Now that David has taken a step back with his responsibilities Charlie is now running the day-to-day operations of Etowah. Charlie brings new energy and new excitement within the company while successfully managing the staff on the team. The motto Charlie always tells the employees is the same as David has always said, “Do what you say you are going to do, and there is no problem we cannot fix that we do not know about.” When Charlie is not in the office, you can find him inside a basketball gym watching his oldest son in AAU basketball, at a cheer gym watching his daughter do competitive cheerleading, or on a field watching his youngest son play football.
